All commissions are final sale.

Due to the time it takes to make one piece of pottery from start to finish, please allow 3-5 weeks for completion. An exact date cannot be given.

Since each piece of pottery is unique, your piece may not match your exact vision. We will work closely with you to ensure it's as close as possible.

All custom orders require a 50% down payment with the remainder being due upon successful completion.

In the event we are unable to complete your request, a 100% refund of your down payment will be returned.
